Terry Lee Jack was born in Corvallis Oregon, May 19th, 1949 to Theo and Lawrence Jack. He was the first-born child of 3 siblings: one brother - Ralph Jack, two sisters - Mary, and Bonnie Jack.
He was a vivacious child, accomplishing the high honor of an Eagle Scout, and shortly later enlisting into the Navy, where he was on a battle ship called; Nicholas - eventually going to Vietnam.
During the Vietnam war, he had his high school sweetheart; Vicki Lynn Dunagan keeping him burning the midnight oil, to get home quickly, where they would end up getting married; June 28, 1969, in Eugene Oregon.
Several years later, in November, 1971, their firstborn child, a son was born, followed by a big huge
surprise… a sister, appearing to the world, 6 minutes later. After his return from Vietnam, he pursued his interest in the fire service, eventually obtaining the fire chief position, which he retired in 1999, from the McKenzie Fire Dept., in Oregon.
Living in Kalispell, Bozeman, and Missoula Montana for part of his childhood, had many fond memories, so in 2015 he was able to return to his beloved Montana, where he spent the remainder of his life… living in the “Big Sky” paradise.
He had so many passions during his life, but his love for Black powder guns, woodworking, fly fishing, playing the Piano and photography kept him extremely busy.
His body rests in his beloved Montana, and his soul walks in eternity with Jesus.
