Jimmie Lee Kroll passed away unexpectedly from complications of a stroke on Sunday July 23rd 2023, at
the age of 68. Jimmie was born in Helena, MT on January 23rd, 1955 at St John’s Hospital to Donald Kroll
and Donna Kroll (Van Antwerp). He was raised in Helena MT and this is where he remained all his life.
Jimmie worked 30 years in the janitorial field.
He was an outgoing, kind person who would start a conversation with anyone. He loved telling stories (and had plenty to tell) he loved making people laugh.
He loved going fishing, feeding the ducks at the fairgrounds, watching Nascar, and playing cards at
Nickels and the VFW.
Jimmie’s true passion was going to estate sales and garage sales and even had a couple of his own. He would call his stuff treasures and loved to share them with family and friends.
Family was a very important part of his life. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. He had a kind
way about him and you couldn’t help but smile when he was around.
He is survived by his three beautiful daughters, Jessie, Jamie, and Ashley, all from Helena who he loved
and cherished. Twin sister Jeannie and brother Bobby, Numerous nieces and nephews, grandchildren,
Jesse, Chantel, JD, Selena, Dallas, King, and Wiley, and 8 great grandchildren.
Jimmie was preceded in death by his parents Donna and Donald, three sisters Linda, Sandy and Peggy,
one brother Danny, Nephew Eric, and special friend (mother of his 2 girls) Sheila.
A Memorial service will be held Saturday, August 12, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Helena First (Church), 2210 Dodge Avenue, Helena.
