Carol Seaman Obituary
Carol was born August 20, 1951 to Melvin Raffelson and Hilda Hill in Torrington, Wyoming where she attended grade schools and Eastern Wyoming College.
Carol was married November 25, 1970 to Lance Seaman of Fulton, Missouri. They lived in Torrington to finish school then moved to Ft. Collins, Colorado till 1974. With a year in Columbia, Missouri they then moved to Helena to raise a family.
Carol worked for United Pacific Reliance insurance then moved to Family Services to start work in human resources then to FWP and on to the Justice Department. Carol received a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Sarasota Springs then to St. Peter's Hospital and finally to DPHHS as a director of human resources.
Carol enjoyed travel and cooking with family and friends.
Carol is survived by her husband Lance; sons Nathan (Heidi) of Portland, Oregon, and Adam (Sarah) of Helena; sister Joann Horner of Helena; nephew Jason Korte of Alliance, Nebraska, and niece Hilory Martin of Bayard, Nebraska.
