Carol Jaster Obituary
Carol Frances Jaster, 83, of Clancy passed away on October 27, 2023, with her loving family, daughter Kristi, grandson Matthew, and son Mark Jaster and her best friend Linda Peterson of Duluth, MN, by her side.
She was born on June 19, 1940 in Chicago, Il, to Winfred and Christine (Ridgely) Warren.
Carol grew up in Duluth and later attended Macalester College in St. Paul, MN.
She served many years as a church secretary and is still a current member of First United Methodist Church in Duluth, MN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, the first love of her life Herbert Jaster and then many years later the second love of her life Hubert Boston, and her beloved dog Sadie.
Carol is survived by her son Mark, daughter Kristi and grandson Matthew Jaster, brother Dick Warren and many friends and family in Montana, Minnesota and Canada.
A special thanks to those who cared for her and became like family at Elkhorn Health and Rehab in Clancy and Beehive Assisted Living-house 18, especially Leah and Avory.
Carol’s wishes were to be cremated. Urn burial will take place in spring 2024 at Sunrise Cemetery in Duluth, MN.
