Callie Ann Sobleski, 63, of Belgrade, Montana, passed away Saturday, January 21, 2023 at her home. Callie was born in Emmet County, Michigan to William and Betty Cooper on October 13, 1959. She grew up and resided in Michigan until she followed her dream of moving to Montana in 2004. Callie married the love of her life, Matthew Sobleski, in September 2009. She was the beloved mother, stepmother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She enjoyed being outdoors. She loved gardening, fishing, and camping. She also loved her dogs, Boog, Owen and Skeeter. Her dogs were everything to her. She loved caring for them, playing with them and had a soft spot for any dog she encountered.
She was a strong-willed, big-hearted woman that touched the heart of everyone that knew her. She will forever be in our hearts. Gone but never forgotten.
She is survived by her husband, Matthew Sobleski, son Casey (Sarah) Dougherty, stepson James Sobleski, grandchildren Jacob Flemming, Patiance Dougherty, Gibson Dougherty, Thomas Sobleski, Remington Sobleski, Madeline Sobleski, Zepplin Sobleski and great grandchildren Arya Flemming and Lincoln Flemming. She is also survived by her brother, Garret Cooper (Cindy) and sister, Denise Slater and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Betty Cooper, her brothers Scott Cooper and Eric Cooper.
At this time, there will be no services, at Callie’s request. The family is asking in lieu of flowers, donations be made to, a charity that Callie fully supported:
