Tyler James Leslie of Helena, Montana passed away suddenly on January 18, 2024. He had packed so much life into his 30 years ending with his heart as a bird without the wings to fly. Tyler traveled, went on many drives in the mountains, graduated Helena College with a Welding Degree, fell in love, mended a broken heart, and still put one foot in front of the other. He did so with grace, dignity, integrity, and courage.

Tyler was born on August 4, 1993, in Helena, MT to James Leslie and Peggy Leslie(Petrie). He was preceded in death by his beloved mother Peggy, grandparents Dale and Valeria Leslie, grandpa George Petrie, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Tyler had a younger sister Kiersten Leslie. His dad married Victoria Fisher and gained a brother Craig Marple and two sisters Cristina and Vanessa Marple. Who he spent the last 20 years growing up with.

Tyler met Krissa Bakke and they had a beautiful daughter Paislee Leslie, who is now 8. Paislee was Tyler's whole world; he adored her and took great joy in watching her grow and thrive. All he ever wanted was to do as much as he could for his daughter and spend every minute with her. Tyler was married to Lauren Perry when he attended Helena College and divorced later. Tyler loved hanging out with family and friends every chance he could get. Tyler had a way of making people happy and was passionate about giving back. He would serenade us with his beautiful singing voice while he showered. There was never a dull moment. It didn't matter who you were, you could count on him. He would always bring a smile to our faces by making people laugh at his corky dance moves and always wanted to be the center of attention with his jokes.

Tyler is survived by his daughter Paislee Leslie of Helena, MT, father James and Victoria Leslie of Hamilton, MT, sister Kiersten Leslie of Lincoln, MT, sisters Cristina and Vanessa Marple of Missoula, MT, brother Craig Marple of Hamilton, MT, grandmother Beth Petrie of Great Falls, MT, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins on all sides of the family as there are too many to list. Tyler Loved them all and as he would say Love you to Infinity and Beyond!

Tyler's family will host a Celebration of Life on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at 2:00p.m. It will be held at Canyon Ferry Baptist Church, 3384 Canyon Ferry Rd. East Helena, MT. 59635. Potluck immediately following.
