Tim was born on 9/6/1949 to Louise and Keith Kelsey

Tim grew up in Provo Utah where he would run the Provo River with his brothers fishing and hiking. Tim loved to work on cars he learned this from his uncle Rasmeson at Rass's garage in Orem Utah. He restored many beautiful cars throughout his life.

Tim moved to Helena Montana.

He was a master concrete finisher. He spent his life teaching others how to finish concrete.

Tim enjoyed fishing and was famous for tying fishing flies.

Tim also loved to getting together with his family and friends for the dear hunt every year where they would sit around the campfire and down several Beers and talk about deer hunts from the past.

Tim had a very rough exterior, but he was always a tender hearted man. His family meant everything to him and we will all miss him very much.
