Terry Raymond passed away peacefully at her home in Helena on October 26, 2024, at the age of 80. She was born on August 11, 1944, in Helena, Montana, to Walter and Virginia Trerise. On October 7, 1963, Terry married Vern Raymond, with whom she shared a beautiful life and two sons, Randy and Jay Dee.

Terry was known for her love of family, and her talent for organizing and hosting gatherings. She, Vern, and their friends created a hunting camp that became a lively weekend destination. With weekly menus, activities, and gatherings of more than 60 people, Friday and Saturday nights at the camp were truly memorable. Terry's home was always decorated for every season, holiday, and occasion, especially Christmas. The time, energy, and love Terry poured into making Christmas special created a true spirit of the season that touched everyone who joined. For her family, especially her grandchildren, memories of the Christmas celebrations and lively gatherings at the hunting camp will forever be cherished highlights.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wally and Virginia, and her husband, Vern.

Terry is survived by her sons, Randy (Phaedra) Raymond and Jay Dee (Lisa) Raymond; her grandchildren, Zach (Kelli Dailey) Raymond, Mary (Buck) Tripp, Adam Raymond, Connor Raymond, Kayla (Tyler) Christians, Tristan (Kristyna) Raymond, and Sealey Raymond; her great-grandchildren, Aspyn and Finn Raymond, and Kamden, Clayton, and Parker Christians; her brothers, Robert (Clare) Trerise and Dick (Diane) Trerise; and many extended family members and friends.

A celebration of Terry's life will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. on November 16, 2024, at Schooners (formerly the Yacht Basin) located at 7035 Canyon Ferry Rd, Helena, MT.
