Robert "Bob" E. Feist of Helena, Montana passed away Tuesday, June 1st, 2021 with family by his side.Bob was born on April 30th, 1956 in Great Falls, Montana. He was the 5th oldest out of 11 children born to Joseph and Lois (Durran) Feist. In his childhood years he enjoyed riding bikes and tinkering on cars with his brothers and childhood friends.Bob followed his passion for racing, (It was in his blood from the word go). When he wasn't hard at work you could find him at electric city speedway or other race tracks on the weekends. This is where he met the love of his life of 37 years, Lori (Johnson) Feist. They married April 14th, 1984, thus creating a well-blended family. He made sure he taught his kids the tools of the trade for everyday life where they realized duct tape and bailing twine don't fix everything.In 1994 Bob and Lori moved to Helena where they still remain. While residing in Helena, when he wasn't working, he picked up old hobbies such as camping and fishing with family and friends.Bob's love and joy he had for his family and friends, especially the amount of love he had for his 9 grandkids, will never be forgotten. He is proceeded in death by his parents Joseph Feist and Lois (Durran) Feist; and his siblings Janice Tuten, Marcia Baker, and Donald Feist.He is survived by his wife Lori of Helena; his children Vikki (Sean) Higginbotham of Great Falls, Jeremy (Fallon) Johnson of Belt, Steven (Laura) Feist of Gordon, Lisa (Torrey) Carpenter and Nicole (Richy) McGill of Helena; his grandkids Tiara Higginbotham, Tucker Johnson, Shanae Johnson, Braidie Carpenter, Morgan Feist, Joseph Feist, Camee Johnson, Camden Feist, and Lillian McGill; and many sibling nieces and nephews.A celebration of life will occur at the Lewis and Clark Fairgrounds in the Rustic Shelter on June 201th at 12:00PM.
