Ricky (Rick) Gene Parsley passed away peacefully in his home on October 10, 2022, at the age of 64.

He was born in Orofino Idaho and lived his life mostly in Montana country. Rick married Tracy Austin and they were together for 25 years, enjoying everything family. Rick enjoyed hiking, camping, and floating on the river with family and friends. He was the most honest, gracious person you could ever meet. However, he was somewhat of a hell-raiser, wrecking several cars (not only his own but also his parents).

His son Lance was the joy of his life. Watching Lance play football was his world.

He was preceded in death by his father Manfred Leroy Parsley, his mother Dorothy Mae Coutu and brother Bryon Dale Coutu.

He is survived by his son Lance Manford Parsley (Delbie), granddaughter Lainey Maeve Parsley; his dad John Robert Coutu; siblings David Lee Parsley, Glenda Kay Fabel (Scott), Sheryl Anne Johnson (Dave); Juanita Jo Kazmierowski; step brothers John Richard Coutu (Christi); Joseph Lawerence Coutu; aunt Melva Libbey (Larry); and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
