Obituary

Penelope "Penny" Lee Crum was born in Spokane, WA on October 4, 1952. She passed away December 30, 2025, after a lengthy illness with Dementia.

Penny lived in Superior, Montana until she was six years old, and then moved to Missoula, Montana. She spent most of her summers at her Grandparents in Metaline Falls, WA.

Penny graduated from Missoula Sentinel High School in 1970. She went on to U of M for one year. After that she went to Cosmetology School. She became a hair stylist for approximately ten years.

Penny met her husband, Alton Crum, and moved to Helena, Montana. They got married in 1983. As of 2025 they had been married for forty-two years.

Penny was a member of the Ladies of the Moose for 40 years. She had gone through all the chairs and had become Senior Regent. She worked for Mountain Pacific Health Care in Helena for 15 years until she retired.

Penny never had children of her own but had two wonderful stepchildren, Kelly (Crum)Perkins and Corey Crum.

Penny is preceded in her in death by Her Mother Jackie and Father John Nauditt, her brother Jeff Nauditt & Grandson Taylor Wells.

Penny is survived by her husband: Alton Crum, her Stepchildren: Kelly, Corey Crum, a Sibling: Peter Nauditt (Sandra), Grand Daughters: Makayla Perkins, Alexis Perkins, Shyanne Perkins, and Courtney Crum, Great Granddaughters: Cassie May Wells, Caroline Cordova, Lelia Cordova, and Lakely Perkins. She had many nieces and nephews.

Her family would like to thank St. Peters Hospital & St. Peter’s Hospice Care. She chose not to have a Service, and the family will announce celebration of Life dates at a later time.
