On Sunday, April 18, 2021 Mary Colleen (Cogie) Back passed away after her battle with cancer. Cogie was born July 25, 1950 in Pasadena, CA. and spent her childhood in Bishop, CA.Cogie married Bob Back on February 15, 1984 in Las Vegas, NV. Bob's work brought them to Montana where she worked several jobs including the Federal Reserve Bank.Cogie's life revolved around her loving husband Bob and their son Grant. If she wasn't involved in one of her favorite pastimes such as stock car racing and horses, you could find her in her in her beautifully planted garden with her dogs in tow.Cogie loved her family and would talk about them often. She was a fast friend with everyone she met. If you were a friend of hers then you know she treated you as family. Cogie was preceded in death by her father William Bellona and mother Jean Bellona and her son Grant. She is survived by her husband Bob, her stepchildren Michelle, Jennifer, and Lesa, her brother John (his wife Jeri) Bellona and her brother Walt Bellona. Cogie was loved by her grandkids, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends too numerous to mention.There will be a gathering to celebrate her life later for family and friends.
