IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Judith Edna
Moe
November 5, 1942 – May 17, 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Judith Edna Moe, on Friday, May 17, 2024 in her home.
Judi was born in Helena on November, 5, 1942 to Edna and Russell Hamer.
Judi worked numerous jobs after graduating from Helena High School, including working at Gertie's Drive-In as a carhop; calling keno at the Hofbrau; and retiring after working for the State in the Licensing Dept.
Her many hobbies throughout her life included playing softball in her 20s; bowling on numerous leagues, and dancing to country music. She enjoyed crafting and was constantly crocheting a blanket or embroidering a gift for someone. She loved camping with her family and had many fond memories of trips to Flathead Lake and Glacier. Judi was a huge football fan and was excited for "football season" so she could watch the Grizzlies and the Broncos play. She also loved her animals, especially her cats and we learned that a home is not a home without at least one cat.
She is survived by her children, Scott Moe (Connie), Stacy Irelan (Donny) and Michael Moe, and her grandchildren, Brittany Codd, Danielle Thompson, Morgan Moe, Zachary Moe, Zane Moe and her great granddaughter Maggie Judith Rulon. She is also survived by her brother, Blair Hamer and sister, Margie Hamer and nieces, Reene' Milam and Valerie Eickmeyer.
The family will be having a private celebration of life. Simple Cremation Montana has assisted the family.
