IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Gregory Alan
Wallace
January 28, 1954 – July 9, 2022
Greg Wallace, 68, of Townsend lost his battle with cancer on July 9th, 2022 at his home in Townsend. He fought a courageous battle for the past three years. Greg was a man of few words. He never complained. He was a beloved son, husband, and father. He was loved by all.
Greg was born on January 28th, 1954 to Ray and Dorothy Jean Wallace in Bozeman, Montana where he joined his two sisters Bonnie and Linda.
Greg went to school in Townsend and graduated from Broadwater County High School in the year of 1972. He worked various jobs, but spent most of his time working on the ranch with his dad and sister. The animals loved Greg because he was so gentle and kind. He loved his family and all of the animals.
Greg met the love of his life Felicia Kaminski and they were married on August 18th, 1984. They shared 38 years together. They were blessed with two children, Kimberlee and Zane.
He is survived by his wife Felicia, daughter Kimberlee, son-in-law Jason, son Zane, mother-in-law Blondie Kaminski of Miles City, Ed Kaminski of Townsend, Bonnie Baker and Linda White of Townsend, numerous nieces, nephews, and brothers-in-law. He loved his family dogs and Eric, the ranch dog who waited patiently for him to come back to work. He will be greatly missed by all, including Ed Fisher of Idaho who was his best friend throughout his life. Greg and Felicia loved to go visit Ed and his wife for a short trip.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
The family would like to thank everyone who helped them through such a difficult time. A special thanks to the Rushfords for donating the Poker Run (it was greatly appreciated), the Gower family for always being there, Compassus for the outstanding care in his final days, and the nurses and doctors who helped him fight his battle.
Simple Cremation has assisted the family. Cremation has taken place. No funeral services will be held at Greg's request. A family get together will be held at a later date. Memorials can be sent to the St. Peter's Cancer Center or the Helena Humane Society or to an organization of your choice.
Any correspondences may be mailed to 648 N. Jackson St., Helena, MT 59601.
