IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Gerald Adam
Kercher
February 24, 1942 – January 8, 2024
His home was consumed by fire, our hearts were consumed with his love! Gerald Adam Kercher lived a long productive and eventful life. He was raised around the Helena and Jefferson County areas. He joined the Navy at a young age and upon returning from his duty he met and married Karen. Some years later they divorced. Gerry worked for the City of Helena most of his life in the water department where he eventually retired. In the early 1980's he met his best friend and soul mate Carol. The two were never married but were together for over 40 years, spending every day together enjoying their horses and long county rides. Gerry was an avid junk collector finding value in everything especially his family. When Carol was battling cancer Gerry stepped in with a loving heart to be her caretaker. Gerry is proceeded in death by his wife Carol, his mother Ada, father Adam and 4 brothers. Gerry is survived by his daughters Rae (Jeremy), Tanny (Randy), grandchildren Nathan, Tazia, Jeric, Laramie (Austin) and Lane and great grandchildren Kade, Hayvn and Korbyn.
Simple Cremation Montana has assisted the family.
