Diana was born July 20, 1951 in Harlowton, Wheatland County, Montana, one of the first six babies born in the new hospital. She was the daughter of Clarence Malone Fulton (1926-2011), and Bettie Louise (Grow) Fulton (1930-2014), and the sister of Tom Fulton (wife Jeanne). As an Army brat, Diana moved frequently living in Harlowton from 1951 to 1958, then living in Giessen and Leihgestern, Germany from 1958 to 1960, Killeen, Texas from 1960 to 1963, Fairbanks and Valdez, Alaska from 1963 to 1966, Fountain, Colorado from 1966 to 1967, and Twin Falls and Filer, Idaho from 1967 to 1971. She married Allen Bowen and son Allen Long was born in 1969. Later, remarried, she moved to Puyallup, Washington and worked at Manheim Auto Auctions. As a youth, Diana loved cars, was an avid skier and golfer. Diana retired in 2020 and moved to Helena, Montana to be closer to her granddaughter Karrigan Long, and great grandson Gabriel English. Diana's son Allen and wife Leslie now reside in Mountain Home, ID. In addition, Diana had niece Catherine Fulton Spivey (husband Lee and children Jack and Lily). Diana died of cancer on October 4, 2025, and was cremated at Simple Cremation, Helena, Montana.
