David Barnhill passed away February 18, 2023 after a long illness. He was at home and surrounded by love. Although he was an attorney by profession, we know he would much rather be remembered as a father, a teacher, and a fisherman.

He is survived by his wife Marcella, daughters Sarah (Nate Hamrick), Annie (Ted Rechlin), granddaughter Dinah, brothers Norris and Gaylord, sister-in-law Cherie Jones and 9 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to your local food share or humane society so he will continue to care for those in need, both human and animal.

Simple Cremation Montana has assisted the family.
