Obituary

Clara Feuerstein of Helena, Montana a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and a beacon of joy in our lives, left us peacefully on March 6th surrounded by her family. She was 77 years old.

Clara was born on February 8th, 1948, in Flint, Michigan. She spent her life spreading laughter and love wherever she went. She was the cherished wife of Dennis Feuerstein, with whom she shared a beautiful life filled with adventures and fond memories. Their fifty-eight-year love story was marked by unwavering support and boundless affection -  a testament to what a Christ-centered marriage looks like.

Clara was a loving mother to her children, Paul and Tim, instilling in them the values of kindness, thoughtfulness, generosity and the importance of family. Her home was always filled with warmth, laughter, and the aroma of her famous cooking, creating a joy filled space for family gatherings and celebrations. Over the years six foster children were able to enjoy the same experience.

Clara was also dearly loved by her daughters-in-law, Amy(Paul) and Jen(Tim), grandchildren, Tiffani, Caleb, Nathan, Jordan, Brittani, Austin, Olivia, Grace and Jesse, along with her nineteen great grandchildren.  Her "candy closet" was a childhood highlight and always full of each grandchild's favorite treats. She had an innate ability to make each moment special, whether it was playing board games, cards, or baking. Her laughter was infectious, and she had a unique gift for finding joy in the simplest of moments.

Clara embraced life with open arms and a deep love for others. She loved family gatherings, dancing in worship, and sharing her infectious laughter with friends and family alike. Her unwavering faith in Jesus guided her through life's challenges and inspired those around her.

Clara is survived by her husband, sons and daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings and a wealth of friends who were touched by her warmth and generosity. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories that will forever echo in our hearts.

A celebration of Clara's life will be held on March 21, 2025, at Echo Church, 2210 Dodge Ave. in Helena, Montana at 11:00 AM. Clara Feuerstein will be profoundly missed and forever remembered for her grace, love, and faith. May she rest in peace, enveloped in the love of Jesus which she so freely gave to others.
