Carole R. Phass, age 79, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on November 4, 2021 at her home in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Helena, Montana, she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Laura (Six) Hicks.

She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crafts, playing the piano and ukulele, skiing, ice skating, family events and trips and spending time with her grandchildren.

Carole is survived by her husband Paul Phass of Bel Air; Children, Marce Lawrence of Sparks, MD. Holly Phass of New York, NY. Greg (Sherry) Phass of Long Island, NY and Jason (Tracy) Phass of Havre de Grace, MD; Grandchildren, Nicholas (Alexa) Phass of Holy Ridge, NC, Dalia Lawrence of Sparks, MD, Tyler (Holly) Phass of Culpepper, VA, Kyle Phass of Baltimore, MD, Hunter & Colton Phass of Havre de Grace, MD, Isabella, Adrian & Savannah Phass of Long Island, NY; Great-grandchildren, Solome, Naomi & Evelyn Phass of Culpepper, VA, Arlo Phass of Havre de Grace, MD and Alexander Phass of Holy Ridge, NC; . Sisters, Kathy (Jim) Biegel of Belgrade, MT, Nancy (Dave) Bierwagon of Billings, MT; and a Sister-in-law, Kay Ruth of Allentown, PA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Crosby Lawrence.

A celebration of life for Carole and her sister Nancy (who passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022) will be held at Simple Cremation Montana in Helena, Montana on August 5, 2022, at 11:00am.
