Billy J Morgan was born on October 21, 1960 in Seattle, Washington and died on March 29, 2023 in East Helena, Montana.  He was a truck driver, a welder, and worked on small engines.  He is survived by his wife, Tina Morgan, brothers:  Darrell (Carla) Morgan and Russell (Kristi) Morgan, sons:  Brad (Julia) Morgan and Mike (Nancy) Morgan, stepchildren:  Jenn Stewart, April Stewart, and KC (Cheryl) Stewart, grandchildren: Blake, Randi, JoAnna and Allison Morgan, Maddix and Adelin Organe, and Landon and Ben Stewart.  He is preceded in death by his father Charles, mother Margaret (Hun), brother David, and stepson DR Stewart.  Simple Cremation Montana has assisted the family.
